Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Safety seals must be intact
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

To request a return, please contact us at info@theclaraclinic.com. Once approved, items may be returned using one of the following methods:

  • In person, by dropping the item off at The Clara Clinic during clinic hours (Weekdays 9am to 5pm)

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@theclaraclinic.com so that we can assess the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out before returning it. 


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
